It will take some time to build up a sizeable collection, but the goal is to put information here about the different kinds of vegetables we grow. Note, however, that not all of these will necessarily be available in any given season. Aside from the ever-present possibility of a crop failing because the rabbits ate it or because it froze or because blight killed it or because the insects got to it or …, there is the additional issue that we have too many different vegetables on our list for growing all of them every year being feasible. In other words, don’t take this as an availability list. But, should you see something on our table at the market and wish to know more about it, you might find something interesting here.
