I should have lots of green beans this week. Finally. For those of you who remember my Fortex beans fondly, I don’t have those yet, but I think of the Carminat beans as belonging to the same family. They’re purple instead of green (though, like all purple beans, they turn green when they’re cooked), but they share the great texture and flavour. — Sydney
